Amazing vegan ice cream in Woodstock!! I’m very picky with vegan ice cream and this rivals Van Leeuwan. All cashew based and the owner makes each flavor small batch. I’m not sure if the flavors change but when I went they had chocolate hazelnut, mint chip, pistachio, and a strawberry sorbet. All were fabulous. Owner was also super friendly and overall just a super cute spot!

We were appealed by the great reviews of Sweet Dream Organic Ice Cream when we were craving for ice cream in the neighborhood. There wasn’t a great variety of flavors and we got Cookie n Cream & Pistachio in a small cup. It’s pretty decent, rich and creamy, especially the pistachio.

I just stopped here on my road trip from Wisconsin and had some ice cream which I normally don't do because of how much sugar is in it, but I had their Mexican chocolate ice cream and it tasted like it was mindfully sweetened, and it was oh so good. I may or may not try and buy an ice cream maker for at home after this and make my own Mexican chocolate ice cream, with a little cayenne, sea salt, and sweetened with honey amazing little shop in the smallest of towns!

That salted caramel ice cream was divine. It was a super hot day, so I didn't get a pic of my ice cream. If you head to the town of Woodstock, don't forget to stop in for some delicious ice cream.
